Cancellation Policy & Studio Policies
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, you will be charged a 50% of the regular priced service fee for each session that is canceled or changed within the 24-hour notice period and 100% of the service fee for each missed session.
If you have a prepaid service on your account, it will be forfeited in lieu of the 100% No-Show fee.
Clients who have canceled at the last minute or have failed to show up for a second appointment may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
If paying by gift card, this fee will be deducted from the gift card number provided.
If no gift card number was provided, the fee will be charged to your account. If your account has a negative balance, we cannot accept future bookings until you come current with your account.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”
We have been working very hard to accommodate all our existing and new clients! We are working diligently to accommodate all the appointment requests that come in and we are always attempting to get those in that are on our cancellation list.
If you are on our cancellation list and we call you to attempt to get you an appointment and you do not call us back after 2 times of us reaching out, we will automatically remove you from the cancellation list. We spend a great deal of time calling clients to fill an opening and we seldom get a return call back. There are many requests for specific therapists and very specific days and times which makes it harder for some to get an appointment and we would like to encourage trying multiple therapists so that the probability is greater that we can serve you.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Changing weather means changes in our immune systems. If you are running a fever, feel ill, have an active and productive cough, or have recently been diagnosed with a contagious condition, please let us know as soon as you present any symptoms of illness and reschedule your appointment. This will also allow for us to fill your time slot that has been reserved.
Our massage therapists and spa coordinators see multiple clients in a day and we want to keep everyone as healthy as possible. The practitioners reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time.
With respect for our professional time, we do ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it is less than 24 hours, 50% of the regular priced service may be charged to your card.

If you cannot safely make it to your appointment due to severe weather, please call and let us know. No cancellation fee will apply for reschedules due to inclement weather. We ask that you provide at least 2 hours notice so that you can save your therapist a trip to the studio and or allow them to leave early.
We value and respect your time, as we hope you do ours. When an appointment is scheduled, we dedicate that time and Massage Therapist exclusively for you. It is our desire to be fair to our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time (and pay), we have adopted the following policies:
Reserving an Appointment
Due to the number of late cancellations and no-shows that occur. This isn’t sustainable for a business that operates by appointment only, so we do require that a credit/debit card be placed on file to reserve the appointment.
When a massage is scheduled, we dedicate that time and Massage Therapist exclusively for you. We try our best to provide automated appointment reminders, but technology is not foolproof. Missing an appointment because of not receiving a reminder will still result in a missed appointment fee so please keep track of your appointment!
A missed appointment, whether forgotten or intentional is considered a ‘No-Show.’ Since there is no opportunity to rebook that reserved appointment time, a fee equal to 100% of the full-service price will be automatically charged. A prepaid massage (membership, package, or gift certificate) will be used in lieu of payment of this fee.
This is a challenging time and one that requires all of us keeping each other safe. If you wake up on the day of your appointment with any symptoms of Covid-19, please call and cancel your appointment immediately! Symptoms include (but are not limited to): fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue and/or loss of taste and smell. Additionally, if you are awaiting results of a Covid-19 test, please reschedule your appointment!
