Red Light Therapy is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, are currently receiving cortisone injections or steroid treatments, are experiencing active bleeding, or have retinal conditions such as those associated with diabetes. It should also be avoided directly over the thyroid in certain thyroid disorders.
