A Valley of Vitality’s primary charitable effort is to focus on programs supporting children, education, and health and human services in the community where we do business. Throughout the year, we receive many requests and regret that we are unable to meet all requests since the need is far greater than our resources. To be eligible, the following guidelines must be met:

1. Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
2. Focus on supporting children, education, and or health and human services
3. Must be in a 10-mile radius of A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio or be a charity supporting by an existing client.
4. Must submit request a minimum of 30 days before the need date.
5. Submit the form and 501 documentation to the email below

To request a donation to your non-profit organization, please completely fill out all information requested on the online form. Due to the large volume of worthy requests received, we are unable to consider donation requests that are mailed. We review donations monthly, please submit your request with, at minimum, a month lead time so we can consider yours.

We are unable to field telephone calls regarding your request once you place it. If you would like to request a donation, please submit a request to: info@massageprescott.com  (With charitable donation request in the subject line) and attach the following completed form no later than 30 days prior to your deadline. Requests without the proper application will not be reviewed. We thank you for your continued support.

Please note: While all requests are responded to, please note that due to the large number of requests for donations we receive, we must limit the support to the most consistent with the company’s giving priorities.
