Community Giving & Charitable Donation Requests

We are grateful to have served our community for over 15 years, and this longevity is possible because of the incredible support of those we serve. Giving back is an important part of who we are.

A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio’s charitable efforts focus on supporting programs that benefit children, education, animals, and health and human services within our local community. Throughout the year, we receive many meaningful requests and, while we wish we could support them all, the need exceeds our available resources. To ensure fairness and alignment with our mission, we have established the following guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a charitable donation, organizations must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Support children, education, animals
• Be located within a 10-mile radius of A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio, or be a charity supported by an existing client
• Submit a completed request at least 30 days prior to the event or need date

How to Submit a Request

All donation requests must be submitted electronically.

Your email must include:

• A completed donation request form
• Proof of 501(c)(3) status

Requests that are mailed, incomplete, or missing documentation will not be reviewed.

Review Process

• Donation requests are reviewed monthly
• A minimum 30-day lead time is required for consideration
• Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to accommodate telephone inquiries regarding donation status
