We are changing how you book online to better serve our clients

Effective August 1st, 2021. A Valley of Vitality’s online booking system will change from a “Book Now” to a “Request an Appointment”.

The current situation:

Currently, when clients book online, it reserves a block of time that my not align with the next appointment. This creates gaps in which our front desk staff try to resolve after the fact to maximize the schedule and help as many clients as possible. Some of you may have already experienced a situation when you call and all we have are 30min openings. In most cases, it’s because of these gaps.

How does “Request an Appointment” work?

There are only a couple of changes that you’ll see.

  • The main difference is that after you request an appointment/s, our front desk staff will review the requests and either approve, alter (move it forward, +/- 45min), or deny (only if there are more than one request for the same time. Approval will be handled on a first come first serve basis). After our Front Desk completes the request, you’ll receive an email with the results (either approved as is, altered +/- 45 mins, altered order of services (for alignment), or denied (we believe this will be very rare). The system will not display available dates/times that are already booked.
  • You’ll be able to request multiple appointments at the same time. This will allow requesting a sauna and massage as a single request.

Other than that, the rest is the same.

Why the change?

This change will allow us to help more clients by reducing scheduling gaps and allow the ability to schedule a Sauna and Massage online, back to back, and without the need to open up multiple internet browsers to align the appointments.

We are very excited for this change and request your patients as we transition.
